At Olifont 3944, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional products and experiences. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we aim to make this process as convenient as possible. Please review our return policy outlined below:

Our Policy 

FULL PRICE ITEMS -  (Refund or Credit or Exchange)

• We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Personalised or customised items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

ACCESORIES- (Credit or Exchange)

• We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Due to hygiene regulations, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on items such as earrings. Please choose carefully.

SALE ITEMS - (Exchange for size and colour)

• We accept exchange for size and colour within 7 days of delivery.
• Discounts includes ALL purchases made using a discount coupon or credit note.

To initiate a return email info@olifont.com.au with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately we do not cover costs for items to be returned to us, customers are required to pay for postage.
